Processing is 3-5 business days after placing order. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your order when shipped.

Shipping Rate is $9.95 (applied at checkout) on all orders unless free shipping applies.

Anna Simon Southern Boutique is paperless, so we will not print your receipts and mail them with your package. Your receipt will be your email confirmation order that we have a record of as well. Therefore, please do not be alarmed when you do not receive a printed receipt. 

RETURNS POLICY:

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL for the Glitzy Steer Cow Skulls since they are ‘special order’ AND ‘one-of-a-kind’ items. NO EXCEPTIONS

-If your not completely satisfied with any other merchandise, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

-Return in packaging it was packed in, new, and unused.

-You have 3 days to contact us about your return once received.

-Returns will be given STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

-The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase AND the charge for returning merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.
